What a mare she was, she is the best fillie I have seen since following the sport, as a broodmare not a bad achievement to produce Kingmambo and East Of The Moon.

Yes, Jumps folk talk about how sometimes there is little to get excited about Flat racing and the way the Champions get whisked off to stud. Looking at a top-class mare like her, and Arc winner Urban Sea and seeing how their legacy have had an effect, and will do on racing for the next 25+ years is pretty special imo.

Watched it on video the other night - her turn of foot was frightening.

A great horse but you would never think so looking at her in the paddock. Maybe memory is askew but she was really nothing at all to look at
