Getting rid of notifications. How can I do it

My email inbox is full of notifications from TH that tell me someone's responded to any post I've participated in.

How do I switch this off?

Anybody know?

That’ll do it on a thread by thread basis but to remove the root cause, go into your profile -> settings -> general settings and set “Default Thread Subscription Mode” to “Do Not Subscribe”
