He’s hit the nail on the head regarding bookies and punters in my opinion. Get rid of the gimmicks, cash back, ante post nrnb, money back if your 2nd etc etc then create a proper book where a punter a can bet against that opinion. Simples!!
 
Way too many gimmicks these days. Also bookies seem to be all connected together. I can't help but notice Paddy Power always offers the lowest odds every day in the days most popular betting races. You get a row of bookies offering 6/4 PP goes 11/8 so who is going to bet with them? A market change. 11/8 PP will be 5/4 and they haven't taken 20 quid unless punters are stupid...I really can't understand why anyone bets with them...all they need to do is use part of your stake place it with another bookies and keep the change...I think these thingsshould be monitored and steps taken to stop big companies abusing the system
