Is Moore on the right one in the Coventry? The day one NAP looks like being Sons And Ladders in the Wolferton with Ryan Moore up.

You mean Snakes and Lovers? The day one NAP looks like being Sons And Ladders in the Wolferton with Ryan Moore up.
Is Moore on the right one in the Coventry?
Yep, been going on for a while. Seems to let you look at few each day, then the coercion begins. Is anyone else having bother with Oddschecker and being coerced into subscribing?
You answered your own question, so "I still know nothing" is you being harsh on yourself - I'd defend you and say you "know a bit" at the very least!Do we have a Royal Ascot Saturday thread, or does the BHA confirmation system rest on a Sunday?
25 years following the game and I still know nothing.
Warsaw was mighty impressive on debut. Tough call for him. We shall see.Is Moore on the right one in the Coventry?
Without meaning to come across as either cynical or disbelieving: As an 8 year old child you travelled to Salisbury and lectured/informed/alerted the COC on Mill Reef's debut?Telling Salisbury's CoC all about Mill Reef making his debut there worked a treat last time I was challenged - I swear he waved me on just to get rid of me and stop me boring him into a coma!
And at 62 my manic enthusiasm for walking the straight and round courses multiple times isn't what it was.![]()
I always knew there'd be plenty more where this^ came from and all I needed to do was give it time - I wasn't wrong.Clearly there is no shortage in Tesco of the Coronation Psilocybin.
I'd be very sweet on Diego if he hadn't been naughty before being withdrawn last time. Can see him in the first 3.I actually thought about driving up there and walking the course.
I've done it before and my track record on being able to do it unchallenged is nigh on impeccable - the minute they realise you love the game (and aren't about to set fire to a fence or something) they're usually chilled about it.

But it's pointless doing it any other time than Monday evening, as they could chuck a load of water on it subsequent to my visit.
And to do it, it needs to be done properly which doesn't just mean choosing one racing line.

I do think it might be as quick as it ever gets there nowadays and I think that obviously makes life tougher for some and better for others.
In my book there's a few at double-digit prices who possibly should be single-figure prices.
I doubt if Carl Spackler would be the price he is in the USA, but then this isn't a sharp left-handed track; Diego Velazquez is a horse I've always liked; and in the Wolferton my old friend Haatem might appreciate a rare crack at a resilient surface, King's Gambit seems to like it on top and I can't believe Ambiente Friendly has become as bad as recent runs suggest.
He broke the clock at Lingfield last year and might have made City Of Troy work harder if ridden the same way at Epsom.
Oh and I can totally see the case for My Mate Mozzie in the last.
Just thinking out loud, really, I'll make up my mind Tuesday morning when I've seen more data.
Plus I don't actually have to bet - there might be something better at Beverley!
Good luck all.
The 2m1f on the New Course at Cheltenham takes some getting and I'd expect any horse who won the Triumph Hurdle the way Poniros did to get at least 1m6f back on the Flat.He barely stays 12f on the level. I think he's a place lay.

2m4f is something else again, but the trainer has had a few who maybe didn't look naturals for an extreme stamina test on the level, yet got the trip no bother.

Some may recall I put up Lead Artist when he was about 18/1 for the Lockinge.Imo,the Queen Anne is all about pace and stamina, and Lead Artist looks the standout bet on both counts and the current 9/2 appeals greatly to kick off on the right note.

This was partly because I thought the ground at Newbury would be quicker than at Sandown Park, to his possible benefit and to Dancing Gemini's possible detriment.
The ground might be quick again tomorrow.
Lead Artist isn't the value here he was at Newbury, but I wouldn't just assume Rosallion and Notable Speech will beat him this time simply because they've now had a run.
It's a long time since I saw Don take advantage of Jellaby unseating Brian Taylor in this and since then I've been at my closest track to see Frankel win it among others.
Anyway, the times today suggest it might be a bit quick for Dancing Gemini, Notable Speech and Rosallion look short enough after lay-offs and, in the "Dead Eight," 18/1 Lead Artist interests me somewhat each-way.
Poor at Sandown Park, but progressive last year and the yard is in form.

Yup time will tell.Warsaw was mighty impressive on debut. Tough call for him. We shall see.
Looks like Sardinian Warrior has been taken out of the Queen Anne.
I need to rethink the race. That was my fancy.
