What are you backing Today? Part 2

I don't know what Mick Appleby is thinking but I have to do Billyjoh. 16/1 205g.
He ran a cracker in the Ayr gold cup last year after being hampered but finished best of all.this year they have stepped it up to 7f and its been running well and is now 4lb lower than at Ayr.the problem is it will on the cut off line.if Ayr isn't on the agenda then maybe tomorrow is.
Rosario 9/2 500g I backed this in the stewards Cup but was drawn 1 and then at the shergar cup the jockey couldn't get the hood off and lost more lengths than he got beat by.
Ron o 520y 25/1 I'm following Robbi in here.i took a look at last year's race and he was 5th but was hampered and must have a chance.

I think someone on this forum wrote about backing Shergar Cup horses on their next start.
I narrowed this down to ones Katie Davis rode.
Don't get me wrong I think she is a fantastic young jockey riding on the dirt in the states but it's a far cry from Ascot on the turf.
I risked a few pounds each way on Asgards Captain which she rode at Ascot yesterday and today I will be backing:
Dream Composer 5:00 Goodwood @ 7/1

NB: Have also backed Showering in the Ayr Gold Cup @ 40/1

On the Geoff Oldroyd front his horses are still in great form.
Two runners at York this week one beaten a half length and a head and one beaten a short head.
With a bit of luck both could have won.
He has Pocklington today at York but his price of 4/1 is a bit skinny in such a competitive race.

One of the busiest days of the year for me. As well as my York bets I have Principality, Made u Blush and Wicked at Goodwood and Bintjeddah later on at Windsor. All eye catchers or horses who can be forgiven runs on bad ground lto (just Wicked that one)

On City Derby 8/1 (2.55), Caughtinyourtrance 4/1 (3.30) and Charlie Uberalles 15/2 (4.05) at Carmel today.

Will add Breizh River (4.43) if he goes north of 19/1 SP

4 X EW Trebles for me

1.30 Ripon
Quantum Power ... 5/2
x
1.45 Southwell
Showcase Oasis ... 7/1
Steelblue Ladybird ... 7/1
x
3.38 Chepstow
Love You Millions ... 8/1
Scent Of May ... 14/1

Be Lucky With Your Bets
Middle leg dipped unfortunately, which is a shame as the final leg produced a nice winner in Scent Of May who drifted to a very generous SP of 25/1
