As if there wasn't enough going on, it's all cranked up a gear over there this weekend.

There was a Grade 1 today - Losange Bleu cantered to victory - and there are FOUR Grade 1s tomorrow, the Prix La Haye Jousselin being the main event.

The G1s are at: 1.15, 1.50, 2.32 and 3.07.

And the winners are??
Don't fall into the trap of trying to find the winners!

The following quartet make up into the most unscrupulous thieving each-way Lucky 15 since Monsieur Le Wal De Sworth impersonated The Scarlet Pimpernel and stole every croissant on the Champs Elysee one Bastille Day many moons ago....

Olga De Kiev 9/2
Lanivtsi 9/2
It's Win O'Clock 4/1
Kolokico 11/4

Was impressed with Iliva Des Obeaux today in the last race.
Same Owner /Trainer combination have Jaguar Des Obeaux in the 12:40 race tomorrow.
Should win.

100/30 available which is a fair price.
If you watch back his last two runs at Auteuil it has come from another parish to claim second.
The problem is it will probably be delivered from the same parish today but if Gabin Meunier keeps his 'merde' together it should win.

Watched the race on my phone whilst walking the dog.
I knew the horse had to be held up but good god the jockey gave it a lot to do there.
Ah well back to the Cheltenham races!!!!

One winner, two other places if you had access to a clean SkyBet account.

Kolokico's jumping let him down just now.

Is it any wonder the likes of the professor woman who owned Un Temps Pour Tout etc now prefers to have her horses trained in France?

These are the prizes for first place in the races at Auteuil today (so maybe double them to get the total prize value):

G3 £48k+

LFM £37k+

Hcp £36k+

G1 £96k

G1 £123k

G1 £96k+

G1 £200k+

Hcp £15k+

This is what can happen when bookies aren't taking billions out of the sport.

I managed to get there a couple of times back in the day.

Nice.

Chantilly takes a bit of beating for beauty but Le Bouscat (Bordeaux) is beautifully manicured. Or was when I was a regular there, unlike Biarritz which was a dump.

I have only been to Auteuil once - in 1990.

I ate at a Bistro immediately outside the local Paris Metro station while there - Tournedos Rossini with french fries and it was fantastic.

I will get back to Auteuil again one day and it's a card like today's that I will target.
