I think Melon is drifting to too big a price in the 1.15 and am happy to back it at these odds.

He's won twice after a break, has his first start this season, and is open to plenty of improvement, especially if he learns to settle down, not racing overly keen.

I shall not let this drift put one off.

12.10 Carlisle - Looks pretty straightforward for the 1/20 fav - Cristal Destruval who has the potential to progress to become a graded performer, with only nine runners going to post two further placings are up for grabs with some big prices on offer. My two that will hopefully offer some EW vale are Takeyoutotheisland at 66/1 and Je Mr Dawson at 80/1 for minimum interest only.

It's been a case of near misses recently ......... not to be discouraged I have had the following perm today.
