unplaced crawled round had no chance,the only reason i'm betting on this garbage is i've been ill since December 20th,i had a virus that lasted 5 weeks and a week later i had some post viral illness..I've had rapid heartbeats just on standing,ecgs,blood tests,doctirs appointments it's been a complete nightmare,haven't even been able to go for a walk or leave the house just titally washed out..The weathers picking up and was hoping to go fur a walk today but woke up and had a heart rate of 140 just on standing,although it goes back to normal on sitting..Just hoping this nightmare ends soon,but if i put some dire bets up some of it is mainly due to being housebound..that's why i haven't been keen on the cards..They have generally been crap since December,but some days like today it's just giving me something to do,never had anything like this in my life and i was ill mos of 2025 with other issues as well..Fingers crossed i'm better by April,if not there's no way i will be able to do the flat racing,i shouldn't even be doing this really i should just be resting..

If initial blue can prodice its Kempton run then it will win 1m11.92 in a canter,that race has been marked down to follow just needs to prove can do it at Wolves..because that was massive improvement LTO.On that track it looks a 75 horse just based on the winning time today off 62..There are so many horses that have looked exposed and then prodiced massive times recently like yesterday Spendmore Lane exacty the same looked exosed,there's been loads the last couple of weeks due to headgear or different tracks..I suspect it will hack up or be unplaced..if unplaced then back to Kempton.

As i said earlier in week been ill since December 20th some viral thing,got better for a few days i was doing some weights at home and collapsed than after about 5 weeks fast heart rates and exhausted again,they're not sure could be post viral illness like POTS i hope not as sounds horrendous got more cardiology tests to be done,very fast heart rates on standing,so that's come with alot of anxiety..Haven't left the house bar drs,hospital appointments since December 20th..
Tomorrows cards at Chelmsford mulltiples don't know wether to put shorties tigether or mix them up,i might just do loads of 5/6 and mix the pryces up..

Had stuff marked off tonight and evrythungs been backed,had a couple of days off no doubt they will all win,there's no value in them now either so not even worth doing a multiple..

Hope, you are feeling better today.

The problem with waiting around for routine tests is that when they are carried out your heart rate could have returned to normal.

In my humble opinion it is far better to call 999 when the occurrence is happening because it gives the medics a chance to evaluate what is going on at the time when the emergency is taking place.

Best not to take chances with your heart.

Hover The Wind doesn't win too often and has no firm a the track but 18/1 could easily go off under duble figures and Popular ream was a little bit of an eyecatcher three days ago..Ran behind Shalaa Asker wasn't given a hard race,stayed on under hands n heels,think it's one of those horses if it breaks on terms then it's trying if it's too far behind they guve it an easy race..Could easily place in this..Seven Fiess is open to imprivement and could be the one to beat..

This is just unbelevable Popular Dream taken out 7/4 from 14/1,i knew it was a non trier three days ago and now another bet ruined ffs..Absolutey sickening..looked huge as well..it's just impossible to get any value in these races..Can't even get them to run..

Completely random,although the bigger priced ones i'm more interested in i said before betting all the bigger prices and drifters has been far more proftable than betting shorter pruces..If you go back through the thread startng from January last year and just look at all the winners that were huge prices and alot drifted,take out everything under 10/1 i would imagine the ROI is enormous..I've looked through those last 12 months results recently ,and it was just crazy runs of massive priced winners day after day,the pattern has been over the last 5 years that drifters are titally overlooked and are winning not like 10 years ago where you just took fur granted they wouldn't be trying.I can't explain it,the only thig that makes sense is that horses are trying more and trainers simply don't know when theur horses can run well..If you go back to January go through the whole year,you will see it happened on a weekly basis and hasn't stopped..There's always exceptions though trainers like Easterby,Dave Evans but they have definitely become less apparent..Hasn't happened on the aw,the racings been in general pretty uncompetitve and there are just very few bets to have ago at big pruces..Just the way the cards are..

Many thanks for your detailed reply. Much appreciated. This may have something to do with AI as I have mentioned before; or the bookies are getting far better intel about the runners in a race. I tend to back your outsider selections 10/1 plus each way the day before as they are so often get clipped overnight. Not so sure if it would be a good strategy to go in again if the price drifts further in the day, although this is tempting. If your selections are less than 10/1 and they have been cut by the time I look at them, then I presume any value has gone. I rather like to put the shorter priced ones (where they have not shortened considerably from your prices) into a Lucky 15 bet with Betfred or Bet365. Then I like to have a cover bet on one of your selections to pay for it. I only bet very small stakes but it is the principle of trying to be profitable that appeals to me. I lost about £234 last year, but for weekly betting that works out at about £4.50 per week. Incredible entertainment for the price of one pint of Lager these days. I am actually in profit this year so far. No doubt, only because of following your selections, for which I am very grateful.
