Would this name be allowed?

It came up during a discussion at the Men's Shed today.

I was just wondering if the BHA would not allow a filly to be registered with the name. After all, it is real name of a real person:

If the person checking them had their wits about them then no - if they only made the connection with the skier and pronounced it properly then possibly but you’d need permission from the lady herself. ( or she’d need to be dead for about 50 years)
You need permission to name after songs, so I can’t believe you’d not need it for a person who is alive.

We actually have a Fanny Chmeller at the place where i work, well actually his names Danny Miller but someone edited his name with a sharpie on his locker and the name unfortunately has stuck with him for life.

He's been regularly opening his legs and showing his class around the gaffs for several years

An old buddy of mine Brian Morton is a great character. He owned a few horses including one with me. I introduced him to my late friend Tony Charlton who trained for him/Mick Lambert. One horse he had in their care landed a massive touch at 33/1
..I think it was called Dumbeck. Anyway after the race he was being interviewed on the TV and said he had another horse running later that day...will it win the presenter asked...Brian quick as a flash said..."I'm not telling you, you will tell everyone" They simply don't come any wittier than him. Which brings me to him naming a horse...I think the horse in question was Kamal Siddqui but originally he put forward the name Tifukwiu and got he conformation the name was accepted...until someone cottoned on when said fast it sounded like "To Fuck with You" A few days passed when they contacted him to say sorry the name you have chosen is unacceptable please choose another name.
