Could the "White Horse" who is mentioned in the Book of Revelation be named "Lucifer?"

Could this White Horse have been known as "Covering Cherub Helel" until about sixty five million or so years ago, [linear time]?

Does the name "Azazel" in Leviticus 16 verse ten in the RSV and in the original Hebrew hint at "Eventual Universal Salvation" both for humans as well as for animals who seem to be made in the image of angels?

Near death experiencers often are sent back with a message that our Creator - The Being of Light of near death experience fame, has a massive plan for all of us, [as well as for our pets and even for the plants and trees of this earth].

I believe that I can dig up lots of scriptures in the Jewish and Christian Bibles that tend to verify the following general idea.

This one has got me a bit stumped.

I was thinking in terms of "Covering Cherub Helel" who is known to Christians as "Lucifer - Satan."

At any moment in time our Creator can produce a replica of Covering Cherub Helel in an unfallen form that did NOT lead a third of the angels of heaven into some variation of a "revolt?"

Little three year and ten month old Colton Burpo reports meeting a horse with wings in heaven who was the color of the rainbow, [but isn't it true that the color white is made up of all the colors combined]?

I think that that might be a spectacular new name for former "Covering Cherub Helel" considering that the new form of Helel - Lucifer might be as a white horse like "Pegasus" who carries Jesus around here and there, [at least according to the disciple John anyway]?

My guess is that the following prediction is NOT about Messiah Yeshua - Jesus:
