Female Trainers - on the up?

Might have expected a nudge nudge flavoured response, but any chance of some worthwhile observations on this phenomenon?

    Frankie Boyle

I thought it was:- Doctor "Bad news I'm afraid, you've got cancer and Alzheimer's" Patient "Well, at least I haven't got cancer"

Female Trainers - on the up?

5 out of 7 winners at Plumpton yesterday. It feels like the numbers are increasing all the time, but that is just my impression - anyone got any stats for season to date vs last year?

    Rihanna

That part is quite wrong. Everyone I've ever discussed it with thinks Pete Doherty is a sleazy, talentless little rat who'd be better off dead. I'd tell him so, if I could get past his 'minders'

    Mrs Brown's Boys

The BBC preselects a number of comedians and the next thing is they're everywhere - I give you the truly terrible Sarah Millican and the obnoxious Russell Howard, for starters

    Who's your fav guitarist?

Wilko Johnson is a terrific shout. One of the best bands I've ever seen live, the Feelgoods. McLaughlin was technically wonderful, but his music was ghastly.

    Who's your fav guitarist?

Agree Johnny Marr is right up there, also Andy Powell and Ted Turner from the original Wishbone Ash, Martin Barre of Jethro Tull, Jimmy Page, 'Miami' Steve van Zandt, Nick Harper (son of Roy, who's also pretty mean), Eric Clapton, Johnny Winter
