    Cheltenham 2025 antepost

Actually it's not. I killed too many brain cells last week, and I've just realised A Dream To Share is with John Kiely!

    Cheltenham 2025 antepost

It's worth waiting with William Munney Nick. He's got A Dream To Share to come back too, and that horse is all speed, which may make William Munney his Gallagher's horse. It's bad enough playing Mullins bingo without playing it with Connell too.

    I’m not feeling it....

The points that both Maurice and Truncheon make above are entirely valid in terms of the overall cost. I've been to Wembley Finals, and I travelled. There is always sufficient accommodation within travelling distance at pretty normal prices if I'd wanted to do that instead. the same is true...

    I’m not feeling it....

Here here, Eamon. I enjoyed the racing too. There was quite literally not a day or a race that I didn't enjoy (apart from El Fab's fall). It's become a trendy thing to knock the Festival. I thought getting round the place was the most comfortable it's been in years. The price of food and drink...

    Festival Competitions

We don't really do anything on here anymore, but there's are a few free competitions to enter, and this certainly looks like one of the better ones. Simple, free to enter, and offering prizemoney. I'm going to give it a go. https://pickapunt.com/cheltenham-festival

I'm one of those Members Ardross. And it's very good value for all the things that everyone has said is wrong with the Festival with overcrowding and getting around the course, and getting a good spot to actually see the racing from. My membership is just over 400 a year and it's the same again...

Not Your Average Festival Preview Night

Hi guys. A bit of an announcement. I’m taking part in a live preview night at Towcester Racecourse on the 3rd March. None of the same old rubbish, we’re doing the handicaps! It should finish around 9pm so accessible if you live within a couple of hours of the course. Hopefully you’ll like the...

It just looks like an exercise in time and experience Eddie. She'll find her way, the penny will drop, and away she'll go.

The feedback from Fergus was the back straight was holding, tacky ground, and he wasn't acting on it. As soon as he hit the bend and the home straight he picked up again and was travelling sweetly and jumping for fun. He thought when he hit the straight for the final time he was travelling the...

    Cheltenham Festival Antepost Post-Christmas Previews

I'm assuming Banbridge will need the race too. The safe play is an SP favourite or SP 2nd favourite onto Banbridge at the Festival double. If he's fully tuned up Banbridge will go off favourite. And if not it's usually a favourites race, and will be won either Pic or Edwardstone. The fitness of...

    Jumpers Notebook

He can perhaps steal some decent prizemoney with him though Nick. Perhaps 6 runners or less after final decs I'd expect. I would think both Apples Away and Trelawne will go to Warwick, and Willie is mark fishing with his. It's likely Chasing Fire, Colonel Harry, and Crebilly will all turn up...

The King Of Ryhope will run in the Grade 2 Towton at Wetherby on Saturday. I'd expect him to run a big race. Currently the course is heavy with soft patches, so given the forecast there's a good chance he'll get his favoured soft ground. Harry is at Warwick, so either Fergus Gillard will ride...

Just to let you know that The King Of Ryhope is entered in the Towton on Saturday and will run. I'd be hopeful he'll go very close.

    Cheltenham Festival Antepost Post-Christmas Previews

I think he's more likely to turn up in the Arkle Martin. He's a 150 horse now, and take Marine Nationale out you wouldn't be excited about anything else. I think you also have to consider that he seems to have benefitted from stepping back to 2 miles off an end to end gallop too.

    Cheltenham Festival Antepost Post-Christmas Previews

Yes I've seen the Banbridge entry. 20/1 is now easily the best value antepost bet out there right now. Bottom Euro. It's me that's suggests Banbridge when we get an entry.

    Cheltenham Festival Antepost Post-Christmas Previews

Along with Cheltmental and Jaime Wrenn, I recently recorded a whole bunch of post-Christmas Cheltenham antepost updates, which I'm posting for you guys who like watching them. All feedback is good feedback. If you have any thoughts, views, agree, or disagree with any of the suggestions let me...
