I live between Dawlish and Holcombe on the south west coastline. I moved here [ well all of 7 miles ] eight years ago to be with my husband. Dawlish hasn't really changed much since the Victorian era. The railway line and station are still here . The victorian postcards show the same seafront...

SL and PDJ I am not slating the trainer. I wouldn't dream of that. The yard has been extremely good to me for my work and I have got to know most of the Ditcheat horses and the connections on a more ' personal ' scale than most on here. I don't think I fit in to grandstand trainer category...

Where did I use the word cruel or insinuate that? I questioned the worth of running the horse again so soon.

PDJ, this was only the third time Armariver had gone chasing. His run on Thursday was ok, he jumped well but had to be driven home, so not such an easy race. Armariver was always going to be a chaser and with time [ he was a very tall rangy horse who needed to grow into his frame] he could have...

Do you like where you live, if not where would your ideal home be? I currently live just outside a seaside town, it's quite pleasant. My ideal home though would be somewhere deep in the heart of the countryside.
