I didn't back him yesterday. My gut kept going back to the £500k bonus races and I wasn't sure he'd be 100% off. I thought it might have been 'win if you can but the GN Trial back here next month' is the one we want to win.

That is terrific value in this day and age. I might actually try and take in all three days next year. (Knowing my luck I'd book everything up, go down there and the weather will see all three days abandoned.)

Watching the race I would have disagreed so I watched it again and then checked the stats. Hardly an illustration of poor jumping. Quite the opposite, I'd have thought.

That PM form should prove useful. Imperial Saint was well in on its form with Cruz Control at Aintree, Richmond Lake on his best form of last season and even more so on his form of the season before and Konfusion is on a steep curve (and also holds a Gold Cup entry). The big question is...
