    Ruby's Ride

Lets put this into perspective shall we? I am a support worker, I get paid a pittance for being an accountant, nurse, cleaner, bodyguard, hairdresser, chef, courier, etc, etc, some of my colleagues have ended up in hospital through attacks from service users, you need eyes in the back of your...

    Ruby's Ride

This "fence in the wrong position" excuse is total scrotum  how come no other jockey done it. He had his head down and not once did he look up until he came to the water jump :D yer gorra laugh haven't yer? :(

    Ruby's Ride

I'm a great admirer of Ruby, the best jockey since John Francome in my opinion but why did he not look up? shrug:: imagine Hamilton driving his car in the same fashion...it could have ended up pretty nasty.

    Ruby's Ride

I'd just returned home, switched the TV on to watch the last half of the race, thought it was a wind up :suspect: what possessed him? :what:

    Bencoolen

I'm convinced this horse would have won with a vigorous ride, I thought this horse was being schooled the way he rode it, every other Jock in front of him were all trying  this is one to be on next time out.

    Micky Fitz

Yes, Mick is one of the good guys in racing in my opinion  and an excellent rider, just a pity L'ami fell as I had a 50/1 winner coupled with it. :(

    Ratings, Steeplechasers

I'm old enough to have seen Arkle on all his televised races, he was that good, absolutely awesome, us English wanted Mill House to do him :D but thats pie in the sky. I also remember Dunkirk having a go at him, a great 2 miler but it ruined him. :(

    Kisha King

    Rule 4 Applies?

Thanks for yer info :) I did get a morning price in Hill's shop, I'd been short changed here a couple of times before and was reluctant to go in but being near the house and I had something on, it was the only option. Later, before the race I'd just returned home, my son-in-law asked me did...

    Jockey's You Feel Confident Backing

chrisbeekracing [COLOR=red] Ahhh ehhh! :( To be honest, lost a fortune backing horses she's ridden :( got to be the worst jockey I've ever seen since watching my first race in 1957. Pawan would have won more than a dozen races with another jockey aboard. Dane O'Neil is not far above...
