Blood on the Tracks is by far Dylans best Album. I can't understand why the Kilfenora Ceili Band wasn't up there.

Moreto the point - how in the name of Jesus H Christ did Outkast get a look in??????? Or Bjork??? Or De La Soul???? Where on earth was the incredible Pink Floyd's "The Wall"??? I thought that most of the countdown was utter tripe.
