I'm indebted to the B2-y-oR site for the list.

A wide variety of racecourse ability and stud fees for the above.

I've had a quick look around for a market but was unsuccessful, if someone should stumble over some prices I would be extremely grateful if you would post them here.

So up to press these are the fastest 2yo's of the season

91+ Mr Trader
75 Comhghairdeas
68 Callender

These were recorded on Heavy Ground..-44 lengths per mile slow
Looks like Johnston has hit the ground running again..if todays 2yo winner is only one of his lower lights then he must have some ammo, We have a new fastest 2yo with Mr Trader only leading for a week.

Sutter County goes to the top with a 97 speed rating after winning by 9 lengths..more to come as was pretty green.

First winner for a First Season Sire as Boater takes the first at Kempton (in scintillating style) for HELMET.
Ah! but a man's reach should exceed his grasp......

He'd rate even higher on my figures, EC, although I'm pretty sure my scale is different to yours in any event.

He comes out 25lbs better than the 78-rated winner of the 5f handicap later on the card. He was eased down, there's no reason to think he won't transfer this form to turf and it's not fanciful at all to see him already as a realistic Royal Ascot contend

i use the 0-140 scale that OHR's are on Gus..but i don't use the wfa scale the same as they do..or mine would be higher too..i use same wfa scale every year so i know where i am with them.

On my figures a Royal Ascot 2yo needs to run or show something like a 108+ on debut..or higher incl wfa..on 2nd run...last year Buratino ran a 100 fto..which is a decent debut..if i see a debut near 110 before Ascot i take notice. I didn't back Buratino at Ascot as by that point i'd others with bigger figures.

any 2yo that can run 3 figures on debut is decent on my figures

Sutter County is decent because he was so green and must improve a fair bit on that

you know what its like though..after a month or 2 there will be quite a few 2yo in the 90's before Ascot and it all starts getting much of a muchness unless you get a stand out figure

First Season Sire, POWER has his first winner with his first runner, Peace Envoy, in the first at Dundalk. It was also the first 2-y-o winner of the season for Aiden O'Brien.

Very early table:

A couple of interestingly bred 2-y-os make their debuts at Naas this evening.

In the first (4.35), the first 6f. race of the season, BEAN FEASA is a Dubai half-sister to Teofilo.

At 6.10 HOW is a full-sister to Minding but she doesn't appear to be the stable's selected.

Right we're up to date with two winners for FSS this afternoon.

Brighton 1.50 FSS SAYIF wins with Sayesse.

Bath 2.45 Another winner for HELMET with Kreb's Cycle.

At Newmarket, Global Applause becomes FSS MAYSON's first winner, well backed and quite impressive on debut.

.......and at Salisbury, Stormy Clouds was a facile winner for SIR PRANCELOT.
