2025 Imperial Cup (Handicap Hurdle)

Well done all his backers. I got great runs from Afadil and We're Red and Blue but wasn't pleased with the ride Sorceleur got. Looked like Afadil was the stable #1 and Sorceleur was just weighing them up ahead of some other target.

Bo Zenith's run will keep him nearer the edge of the radar for something else too.

Well done Go Dante backers

Can’t believe the ride Sorceleur got he was coming home as well as anything but unfortunately from too far back

Lol he's bagged me nearly 20 points for my Tote Ten to Follow list aswell which was nice so I'm doing well for the month of March, now what can go wrong from here?

I've got a few cards to play next week.

If I'm anywhere near at the end of the month I'll let you know. 🤣

That makes up for off the jury getting mugged.

That was unlucky. Maxwell generally has been passable this season and he did everything right today until after the second last and the horse looked like winning in spite of, rather than thanks to, him. Was his leg out of the iron after the last. It certainly looked that way just after the line.

I was looking for the TV Coverage thread to make a comment but can't see it.

In the earlier race the winner came from out the back of the telly and wasn't in shot until the final few strides. The cameras need to pan back at Sandown because it does have a history of late finishers. Leave the close-ups and head-ons for after the race.

I had no idea where Sorceleur was after the home bend but it looked all the way round as though it was out for a ramble in the country.

I was half-expecting Cobden to slip out his hip flask and steal a wee swally.

The world is madder than I thought. Bo Zenith went of favourite. There is no master plan other than finding him a new home. Plenty meat on the bone laying for 4 places
Wreckless belted the last hurdle and may well have won had he jumped it but fair play to the winner
who carried 10lbs more this time round that was a helluva performance well done those who backed it.
