If it is true that his connections appealed against been offered a rating of 104 the Irish Flat handicapper hasn't changed his mind by much. And they could have run him in the Cesarewitch off 104 with a conditional jockey taking a few pounds off rather than being deemed ineligible to run when the weights were published.
