Would any of you folk know a resource where I can find the time of withdrawal of a horse from a race?

I cannot get same from Sporting Life, Racing Post or Betfair/Timeform result pages.
Is there anywhere I can source this info which I need in relation to a dispute?

This will show what time Betfair withdrew any horse, goes back seven days
