principle of the thing nothing to do with costs as such, I have been with the TOTE for yonks now and always have had a very good service from them indeed....I have what you may call an Obbsession, (R.E. BILLS.) I pay my bills on the same day that they come through my letterbox including this companies bills if it warrants it....
