Yes I HAVE heard of something more ridiculous.
Following on from the news that the Postal service knowingly employed a dyslexic man as a postman , I read the following day that the BBCs ( shall I call it lavish, they are bound to arent they ?) lavish new production of Robin Hood will NOT contain the character Friar Tuck. Apparently its because he is the butt of jokes. Bless.
What a double load of postal/bbc bollocks.
Do I get a warning for what may appear to be views against dyslexic fat people?!!
I didnt see the opening episode of Robin Hood . If they want to reproduce a legendary tale without a major character, why not just invent a new story and call it something else?
Having said that Maid Marion looked nice on the adverts!
