The only jumps jocks I can conjure up with 'personalities' are both local lads: Mattie Batchelor and Jamie Moore. They laugh a lot, smile a lot, spend plenty of time nattering in de-briefs to their owners, and while they probably cuss as good as it gets, they're also pretty good at talking off-the-cuff to camera. The other Sussex NH jockey with a super personality is Philip Hide, now out of the saddle and Gary Moore's assistant. I do think being from sunnier climes helps develop a sunnier nature!
