Glad to see your Race for Life training hasn't put you in hospital Kathy. :D
Far from it, Ted. After my 4 miles a day of walking, I have never been fitter! :)

I get withdrawal symptons now if I can't go out twice a day. I have been in the Cotswolds for a couple of days, and the scenery around here is absolutely beautiful. The English countryside at it's very best - especially in this weather we are currently enjoying. I stayed in an area called The Rissingtons and found some great walks around the area.

Well Kathy you just might bump into me at Dorney Lake, because all being well my girls are doing the race too. Mind you, one is having a double operation on Monday, and the other is likely to being going in for a different op in the next few weeks, so I'm not certain they'll be able to run.

Well if you and the girls do go Ted, be sure to let me know as I would love to meet up and say "hi".

I hope the operations go well and they are soon back on their feet. :)
