Thommo, the favourite for the Arse Cup, starts his campaign with a game against Golf commentator Peter Alliss.

Voting open until midnight on Wednesday 1 September.
 
There'll be a draw for the Semi-finals.

I did do a proper draw you know.
 
OK - maybe you should fix-it (UEFA style) so that the big guns meet in the final.

Carson v Thommo is surely the final that everyone wants to see. They are, in my opinion, a truly World class pair of arses!
 
Yes I am tempted to fix the draw to enable that to be possible, but there are some useful arses in this competition so you couldn't assume that they'll get through.

If the winner of the Arse Cup were banned from TV then I reckon that I'd want Carson out. He frightens me - reminds me of Chucky.
 
How could anyone possibly vote for Alliss who is, for all his faults, in the wrong competition
 
The Big Fella won't break sweat to get through this. I thought someone with knowledge of such things might have priced up the arses runners, especially now that a proper draw looms for the next round.

The draw of Alliss vs Thohohompson shows how inherently crooked these polls are. Obviously, no-one in their right mind would vote for Alliss, although I have, to show the ridiculous inbuilt bias of this medium. It's the HARWELL LAD against the BEST MATE of presenting. Clearly, something is very rotten with the process, and I shall be writing to my local MP. There would be no point in writing to the Racing Post or the Jockey Club, since both institutions are also bent to the core.

Didn't someone spend 24 years just living next door to Allis? Can you imagine living next door to Thommo for 24 hours?
