Yes it is and I think this is possibly a major issue. Maybe should revert and see if helps the situation?
Where's the evidence that 24 hours make a sustantial difference to the number of withdrawals?
Wouldnt have made any difference yesterday as they were all took out on the day.

Logically, yes, although I'm not convinced the BHA stats back it up.
As for reverting to 24h decs, that would be a huge step backwards and a total knee-jerk reaction to a relatively rare situation, in this case unprecedented, according to the course management.
I've complained on here for years about the CoC's competence when it comes to ground conditions. I'd rather he was redeployed and someone else given a chance to see if their going management skills are better.
