Tropics would have been a standout for me, but seems to be drawn on the wrong side for pace.
Hopefully, Gabriel's Lad can get near enough to the far rail to swoop late on.

Fancy the 3 bottom weights to do well on this ground. Our Jonathan won this two years ago and Regal Parade was 2nd last year. The weight turnaround with some of the leading fancies are amazing.

These races not usually my bag but how is Spinatrix a pony shot for this?! Lightly raced consistent type who goes on the ground and is drawn in 25 which on Friday's evidence, was no bad place to be!

Mass Rally for me, 5lb pull with Jack Dexter from his head 2nd at Newcastle in June, yet he is almost three times bigger in price. Drawn high which proved no bad thing yesterday, and winner of the silver cup last year.

Preferred Baccarat on my initial study of the form given he has more scope but the price differential between the two is excessive.

Best trainer for interviews, love listening to him talk.

If Ancient Cross can do it as his age, then I'm definitely more keen on Regal Parade. Will love cut in the ground.

Our Jonathon for me. Not the greatest draw in 12, but hopefully will be able to track across to the right side.

High Draws have dominated the 5f and 6f sprints this week.

Going to have a little pop at Humidor and Tropics.

Over the moon for Oisin Murphy.

Why look at form when you can back an inform jockey like him (talking to myself here).

You mean like Johnny Murtagh every time he comes over here on a Saturday...[says that kicking myself...]

He said the same thing about Above Standard before the race at York (won by Bogart).

I remember years ago when he was quizzed about a horse running in a midweek feature he said the horse was working really well and he thought it would win.The horse started at 40/1 and obviously wasn't off a yard.I'm fairly sure he wasn't asked to give a quote to the Racing Post for years after.
