Is anyone able to explain how come Spring The Que is eligible to run in today's beginners chase at Cork having already run in 16 chases, the first of which was more than four years ago?

Is anyone able to explain how come Spring The Que is eligible to run in today's beginners chase at Cork having already run in 16 chases, the first of which was more than four years ago?

For 4yo+, which have not won a chase, and which at entry, are rated 116 or less over hurdles and are EBF eligible
