Betfair Hurdle

I've seen horses winning maiden hurdles at Perth given higher marks than 124. He's only a six year old, is 3/18 over hurdles, with a few places to his name...if I could purchase a handful of handicap hurdlers at the moment he'd be one.

On better ground I fancy Eddiemaurice to land another 20K handicap in the next few months, like he did at Ascot in October. I'll probably get egg on my face... but its a game of opinions for the most part.

By the by, for those 'younger' forumites with an interest in handicapping, it's probably worthwhile also noting that Song Light, beaten 8¾ lengths in fourth was raised 2lbs for that effort.

That tells you a lot about the esteem in which the handicapper holds the race.
