Highs: Didn't win me the most but Little Bridge in the King's Stand the most enjoyable win of the season. Miss Cato and Monte Cassino proved Southwell's magic back in the depths of last Winter (I'm screwed now it's closed until Feb this Winter) and Master of Hounds and Sandagiyr at Meydan also top results (hope that provides the sunshine this Winter!)

Lows: French Fifteen and Orfevre were over a 12k swing between them, the latter I doubt will never be topped as a gubbing. As with Euro, couldn't get going until August and it's been a disappointing year compared to 2010 and 2011.

Highs

Loaded up on Solemia for the Arc on Betfair around mid Aug (you can imagine what was available around that time)...one of the most unlikely collects I'll probably ever see and sympathies to Orfevre backers.

Stuck more than a few pennies on that Clive Brittain listed winner in Sept (125 SP, took 330 on Betfair and watched it go out to about 430 in the few mins before the race). Won by a street, possibly one of the easiest 100+ winners you'll ever see on the flat in listed class or higher.

Lows £10 win treble for over £8k running from first two winners on Gracious George at Kempton a few weeks ago. Short headed over the 6f after being about 3l down with a furlong to run...then went on to win next race easily over 7f Wrong day

Two subsequent £10 trebles for over £30k with the first two winning...but the 3rd blowing out in big style. Less painful when they're stuffed but never good when it's the last one,,,though the anticipation is fun.

Low: Accrington failing to score at home to York on 23rd Oct, cost me over £7k, they've played ten games since, scored in 8, five at home, scored in all of them....

High: 4 winners on the Arlington card on 25th May in multiples, all 13/2 or bigger at the prices I took, 3/4L away from 5 winners & £10k+ payout for around £100 total stake. Was the first day of an amazing punting spree that lasted until mid June.

My highlight definitely Neptune Collonges in the National as had him antepost months before.
Although getting paid out for the win instead of the place on Hawkeyethenoo at Ascot was pretty sweet! ;)
Dont bet big so no real lows for me

Not in terms of money won, but Chachamaidee at Lingfield and Goodwood alongside Mohawk Ridge give as much satisfaction as any because of being so convinced they would win.

The lows? Ante post vouchers of French Fifteen for the Guineas at 33's, The Fugue 33 and 25's Oaks, Saddlers Rock 14's Ascot Gold Cup and Orfevre 16's for the Arc, all win only. A narrow defeat, when arguably 3 of them shaped like the best at the weights on the day is much harder to take than a hefty but deserved loss.

Highs:

Following Gigilo in on a number of winners
Captain Ramius, Ayr Gold Gup
Cinders & Ashes, Supreme Novices
Hunt Ball, Novices’ Handicap at the festival
Puffin Billy, both runs but especially latest
Cycling thread during the TdF

Lows:

Hurricane Fly CH
The Fugue, Oaks
Kauto Star, Gold Cup (heart ruled head)
A couple of shocking days chasing losses

Generally a good year though – have probably made a greater profit than ever before, albeit on a higher turnover.
