I was watching him bring home McMurray at Doncaster and thought what a good ride it was. Not only a very nicely timed run, but what impressed me most of all was the way he finessed the colt over the line in contrast to others who would have been hammering for all they were worth. It’s amazing that he’s such a good jockey already at such a young age and I think he’s destined to be dining at the head of the table.

Watch out for Rian Corcoran too who has graduated from the Pointing ranks to conditional jockey for this season. Talented and from what I have seen, rides well above his age.

If you remember Jinny I put Billy the whizz upon Jumping For Fun as a jockey to watch and he had only had 16 winners at the time
