Boosting Immune System?

Flipping 'eck I won't bother going to the doctors next time I'll just ask here

Actually the doc did say if it carried on for more than a couple more weeks to go back & see him, he would arrange a blood screen which I presume is what Krizon suggested? so we will see how it goes,

Don't like taking drugs much & would prefer to go down the natural route,

I don't work in an office & to be honest I don't really see that many people during the week so where these bugs come from I don't know! OH & son haven't caught them either  to top it all off I have woken up with a huge cold sore which really makes me look the picture of health

The food I eat is fairly restricted due to IBS & if you have to ask what that stands for you don't want to know :( All fruit juices are a no no, so is anything fatty & dairy, thinking about it it would probably quicker to list what I can eat!

We try to grow at least some of our own veg & as chemical free as possible, all our meat comes up from Exmoor & has been reared on smallholdings that do not use any drugs etc in the rearing of them,

I would be interested in the flower remedies, I have used the rescue remedy before on one of our dogs rather than me  we do have a couple of independant health food shops locally so should be able to source the single types,

Many thanks for all the suggestions :)

A dose of good old fashioned vitamin C & zinc helps boost the immune system - it works too, don't think I've had a cold yet this winter whilst all around me the wusses in the office have been dying of man flu....
Rubbish ~ you can't get a cold if your blood is 15% vodka. Fact :D
