Thought id go ahead and start up a thread to see if we had any bored forum members....(plus i took a bit of the 12's available on the other thread),and it seems to be the fashion these days to have one of these threads....

Im an out and out bored forum member tonight.

Im bored. Does this thread entitle us to post rubbish to cure our boredom ?

If so.. Anyone for Dominoes.

Not bored. MOTD is on, and i decided earlier this evening not to follow the games so i`d be watching them without knowing the scores.

Glad you posted that, i forgot. :D

Im not bored but i thought id post and tell you what im eating.

Cold left over beef from dinner on slices of wholemeal bread with lashing of tartar sauce, what ? yes i had no mustard, mayo or horseradish sauces untill we go shopping tomorrow.

I recommend it though its rather nice.

Mmmm... beats eating some nacho crisps with a medium salsa any day! How was it cooked? Slowly, with rosemary, or was it more adventurous? I know it's fashionable to score the lamb meat and insert corms of garlic now, but does that make it taste any better than au naturel? I love lamb shank which has been gently cooked for hours and served au jus. Fantabuloso.

I've discovered that M&S's chili pasta sauce does actually taste like it contains chilis! It's not bad actually.

I'm considering updating a few files and cleaning my room. No wonder cocaine is so rampant.

I was paid on Wednesday, I haven't yet had time to go shopping so nothing to eat for me tonight.

Get a pizza in !

Oh, thinking of salads - I went into Burger King for about the second time in my life the other day. Was very pleasantly surprised by the chargrilled chicken salad for a light lunch. Crunchy salad, nice 1000 Island dressing, and although the chicken's about the equivalent of half a breast, it was enough, and tasty. I also had the crumbed onion rings, which were not good for the diet, but rather tasty, too!

Well done Paul. Whats does your diet consist of if you don't mind telling me.

Im trying to lose abit of weight and have all the gym equipment in my garage that i go on but still don't seem to lose anything.

I need a food plan i think.

Mon-Fri

Breakfast - Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk and fruit juice.

Snack - 2 bananas or a bunch of grapes

Lunch - 2 pieces of granary bread with ham and light spread

Evening - Wholemeal pasta or brown rice with grilled chicken or fish and vegetables

NO ALCOHOL!!

Weekends - as above but a bacon sandwich for breakfast and a glass of wine on each night.

30 push ups and 60 sit ups every morning and night and 10 miles on the exercise bike 3 times a week.

The weight has fallen off.
