More thunder 250nm I took 5 /2 and arcadian thunder 20/1
i actually had my biggest bet of the year on more thunder.
in the john smiths 310y i did fox legacy 10/1 and auld toon loon 66/1 And a savour on Ancient Rome 25/1
in the 450 A Holksham Bay could well win this but stewards Cup is worth over 120 grand so do they want a penalty.as i have 33s for goodwood i hope it dont win tomorrow.
alzahir 14/1 needed to win to go up the ratings and won 2 so it doesn't need a penalty.
But one I like at a big price is Rhythm and hooves Took 25 /1 earlier 22s best now.
As Maurice said on another thread Blue for you 5/1 200y has won the last 2runnings and was 2nd in2022.
My best bet tomorrow is Juan les pins 525y I took 9/2 last night now about 11/4.
I don't if Riot 520a 11/1 Will run or not as it ran a couple of days ago.
fifth column 425 nm and miss nightfall 212 nm both caught the eye last time.
But in the 425 I did Raafell a/p 10/1 4 places now only 7 run I have a chance of collecting something.
 
Auld Toon Loon is in my book from Chester. Was of the opinion it would become a NR, as not going to get SFT ground and dropping back in trip.

Holkham Bay was also in book.
Drawn on other side this time in stall 1. Dropping back to 5F which I'm very unsure about? 4/1 just doesn't appeal at all.
My other noted runner in that race is Reining Profit, looks outclassed, but does love running uphill in sprints. The UK market suggests I'm an idiot, but have had a small EW dabble.

Others from my book running today.
Ascot 2:57 Creatif - Now in a 1M6F race, so beyond my zone. Not proven to stay this far yet either, bit short in the market anyway.
Newmarket 2:12 Saariselka - Up in class to a class 2. Yard out of form now.

Market onboard with Auld Toon Loon. I bet that 66/1 is looking pretty juicy now. :)
 
I had a bit on More Thunder last night at 13/8 which I thought was plenty short enough. I won’t be adding at evens ((did go 10/11 for a time), though, because it’s hardly a house and furniture price for a race of this nature.
 
I honestly think Joe Leavy thought he'd won it because he didn't ask Aalto for absolutely everything. I'm not complaining, though, 'cos More Thunder means more money for me and I have it in short-price multiples which are 2/2 so far.

I also thought as they passed the line that Aalto had won.
