Jules the sun is in the wrong direction.................... :rolleyes: maybe it was in her eyes too??
 
If it is, it's very cleverly done since the position of the wheels suggests the shock absorbers are at their extent both front and rear, so the situation from which the picture of the car might originally have been taken would have been suspended by the areas in front of the front wheels and behind the rear wheels. What other situation would/could have caused it?
 
Well spotted Julie. :) The people in the background on the rhs seem to be looking further down and not at the car either.

The near window of the boat appears to be reflecting the damaged grille of the car while the far window appears to be reflecting the headlamp area.

Also, as Grey says, there is a reflection on the car bonnet which matches the structures on the side of the boat.

As for the reflection in the water, look at the long shadow behind the woman. This has happened either eary morning or late in the day. If the car cast a similar shadow, it would be against he harbour wall underneath and therefore not visible from the camara angle.
