In line with the forum's policy of rotating the moderators, some new blood is now required. Could anyone who wants to do the job express an interest below. Alternatively could anyone who wants somebody else to do the job put pressure on them by nominating them and then badgering said nominee with PMs.

The successful candidates will need to meet the following criteria ...

1. They must log on fairly regularly.
2. hmm

... that's about it. It's easy really.

One, two, three go!
 
I'd imagine Warbler spends 99% of his time on here typing.

So the list of volunteers so far is ...

1 Gearoid.

I won't mention any comparisons with a cake baking contest at a particular English summer fair.

There are plenty of regular posters out there. Top posters for the last 90 days ...

It is not necessary to be within the top posters, just that you log on fairly regularly. Betsmate is continuing on moderating for a while and Gareth will retain his Administrator status to leap to the forums aid in the case of technical issues arising. Nobody will be expected to recover from server failures or hacking issues (although if you can all the better).

It would be ideal to get a spread of different personalities who would by and large cover varying sections of the day, it's not regimental though. Talking Horses is an equal opportunities employer so wimin folk, Scots, Germans, Spaniards, Australians and Liverpuddlians will all be considered.

Is that how you see it Colin? I would have thought you'd do a good job for what it's worth. And you'd be a great mod too :D
