Changing of the guard

Ironically - the 'Royal' Warbler was not to know the 'terrible' that has befallen him. But residential complaints against his local pub regarding 'locks ins', has precipitated it being put under review, and monitored by an august local constabulary (which might get interesting given that one of the aforementioed habitual hospitality takers, is employed by organisation). Houston we have a problem.

Basically some middle England do gooder, might have noticed a flexible interpretation of the licensing laws being applied, and has felt it necessary to draw this to the attention of the local authority.

Urm............

The Royal Warbler is most concerned about this unforeseen change of circumstances, and short of buying off sales (which he can get cheaper from Tesco) is now trying to find a way round something, which he knows he can't get away with.

Feck!!!!!! bloody south of England prim and prissy do gooders, we want alcohol l!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
