What's the take on Charlie Parcs Grassy?

From Ratingtheraces site

Charli Parcs – Handicap Mark 145 – Trained By Nicky Henderson
Nicky Henderson held Charli Parcs in really high regard last season having been brought over from France. Sent off at 5/4 on British debut he won very impressively and effortlessly at Kempton beating Master Blueyes giving him 5lb. He went to the head of the betting for the Triumph and all the reports were very promising.
Things went wrong on his next start however when not travelling with a good mile to go before running on. He was moving through the field (I don’t think he would have won) when falling at the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] last in the Adonis and his participation in the Triumph Hurdle was a doubt.
He did however run in the Triumph Hurdle just 20 days after his fall and although not showing the class of his British Debut he ran ok to finish 6[SUP]th[/SUP]. It’s his handicap mark that interests me however as he’s been allocated a mark of 145.
His debut win over the 150 rated Master Blueyes would make this mark look lenient and there wouldn’t have been much between them at Kempton in the Adonis had he stood up and this was when I think Charli simply had an off day.
A mark of 145 looks perfect for a big handicap and the race that jumps out to me is the Wessex Youth Trust Handicap Hurdle which JP had a 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] place finish last year with Consul De Thaix (also a 4 year old).
Wherever he goes if shows the ability that Nicky Henderson tells us he has then he should be a big player in a feature handicap at the end of this year.

To be fair, having had a look at the article, it is dated May 2017, so maybe I'm the tail-end Charli on this one.

Good prize money for the Wessex but win it and if you are trained by NJH you can bet you are done for the season.

Brain Power was hammered a stone for winning a crap renewal.......not one horse in the first 6 home won a race last season

The likes of Sternrubin won it went up 8 or 9 pounds and won a decent handicap later the same season

Brain Poer got hit so hard Nicky could run him anywhere else but in the Champion without a hope in hell of winning it.

Charli could be heading the same way as he clearly isn't CH material ..I'd be making sure he won nothing if I were Nicky and have right old fashioned gamble in the Betfair/ Schweppes and maybe JP would slip him a cool million
