Recent addition to the portfolio:

I suspect Vision Des Flos will go for the Ballymore, which I haven't backed him for just yet, but in a situation not dissimilar to Samcro's regarding the ground, I've backed it (33/1 NRNB) for the Supreme.

His most recent run appears to stack up well on the clock. At least on my clock :lol:

He was an eyecatcher first time up for Tizzard behind Poetic Rhythm (now rated 148), the racereader seemingly of the opinion he'd beat PR in the future, and on the back of that was only 3/1 when disappointing behind OTBS (now rated 153) when he may have bounced but in any event the run was simply too bad to be taken seriously, finishing a long way behind Poetic Rhythm.

Next time up, he was in the process of beating Paisley Park (now 142) when blundering his chance away at the last.

A couple of months' break during which he had a wind op saw him return with a 31-length win - "cruised clear, impressive" - from the 135-rated Mercenaire back at 2m (heavy).

So trip and ground for either the Supreme or Ballymore shouldn't be a problem. The only issue regarding the Ballymore is that I don't see his price dropping before the race whereas, as with Samcro, if they opt for the Supreme he'll almost certainly be some way less than 33/1.

I threw a score at him at 66/1 straight after his Exeter win without the NRNB concession. At that time I thought the Supreme was the more likely target but then read later that day that it was more likely to be the Ballymore. Now the ground is looking likely to be slower than originally considered I may get a run for my money after all.

I’m also invested in Kalashnikov at 8/1 and Samcro NRNB 14/1 in the same race, fully expecting to get my money back on the latter.
 
Tuesday makes or breaks my festival. Gone utterly balls deep on a Footpad, Boover, Apple's Jade treble.

If that loses I'll be waiting till Gold Cup day to bet again on the day, leaving just my AP bets to ride.

Today, couldn't resist it. Busy working away most of next week so won't have time to watch or bet anyhow. 4.65/1 with Bet365.
Still can't get over the 6/4 about Footpad, robbery for me.

Although I am on all 3 as well from a while back at bigger prices. My AP book as it stands, think I have minimum 1 horse in every race bar a couple. Probably don't need to bet on the days anyhow, I just usually do cover bets to my bigger prices I backed earlier on.

Touch wood I'm happy with my final position too which I'll post up by the end of the the weekend. Just a little concerned about the ground for a few.

Saying this touching the largest bit of wood I can find, I've got a pretty good position running into next week.

There are a couple of singles that won't get a run, and a couple more that have ended up being poor prices. I'm also pretty sure I've got a few more in one of my accounts that I can't find at the moment that I need to sort out as well, so the list might not be complete.

I'd be concerned about the ground for Singlefarmpayment, and have varying degrees of concern about Might Bite, Jury Duty, and Snow Falcon getting home on soft going. Probably less so Might Bite who I still feel is beginning to shape like a proper stayer.

I'm really happy with my positions on my multiples. I have Finians in a couple which actually turns out to be a bonus as I'd written them off, although I can't see him winning.

The other one I over did early was Unowhatimeanharry who I'd have no confidence in. Although the reports are encouraging with Harry Fry saying he's the best he's had him for eighteen months, so I feel better about him as I did particularly as I think this is a weaker renewal than last year.

My biggest concern though is the ground for Cause Of Causes. He's a really big player through my multiples and to my mind he's very ground dependant. If Buveur D'Air and Altior both come in I can see me checking cash out availability or playing around on Betfair laying him to a position. Let's see.

I also think I've got a couple of missing multiples somewhere in an account that I can't put my finger on, almost certain,y the same account as the singles I can't find. Either that or I'm going Festival stir crazy and I'm now imagining things.

I've just found one I missed. I doubled up on the Buveur D'Air, Altior, Unowhatimeanharry, Might Bite Acca, so the return is actually 4961.26.
 
Too many bets to count.....and that’s just the ones that are already minced.

Best position is around Our Duke, who I have in a few doubles with The Biter in the KG. He is a £9k horse for me. He becomes a £25K horse, if Altior consents in the Champion Chase.

I’m also in a communal pot (with two absolute wankers) that's in reasonable shape, and has some nice positions on Footpad, Might Bite, Presenting Percy, Monalee, Samcro and King’s Socks, amongst others.

I don't have much - compared with you guys - ante-post.

I have very little in the way of multiples either.

I have a very speculative ew double on Debuchet (Supreme 33/1) and SDR (Gold Cup 66/1) which I'm not prepared to give up on.

Less speculative, I reckon, and for which I still hold fair hopes, are ew trebles and an accumulator on Sharjah (16/1), Santini (9/2), Rhinestone 8/1 and Mr Adjudicator.

Apart from that it's now a handful of singles, really after all the NRNB withdrawals.

I cashed out a fair few of my positions for the same stake as the ground had put me off. The likes of Foxtail Hill, John Constable and a few others. Only 365 allow you to do this if other firms did I'd have certainly cashed out a few more and started mostly from scratch.
