Computer virus

I am no longer impressed with Norton. Still typing on a wind up laptop due to it's failure. Have you tried Norton's forum for an answer? You could try a total uninstall and then reinstall?

Just stop before the reinstall ...:)

Dump Norton -- get a separate firewall & av.
I use Online Armor & AVG - both are free.
