Congestion Charges- Road Tolls

I`d ban lorries from the roads at all between the hours of 7am-7pm.
I would give five points and a £400 fine to middle lane hogs on motorways.
Drive a 4x4 vehicle? Road tax now £400 per year.
 
I must own that my view is in respect of the impact of flat rate taxes on those with low incomes.I must also admit to driving a Toyota Landcruiser which has an unrepaired dent on the front-its more intimidating. :blink:

I did originally think summary execution was a good penalty but felt i was being a bit extreme.
 
I'm disturbed to think you may have gone a bit soft, Euronymous... couldn't they be used at the best death metal concerts? Never mind poor old porkers' heads on pikes - decorate the stage with these numpties! :teeth:

I dont like Death Metal Krizon. Black metal is my metal genre of choice. The difference is miniscule to the lay person but so is the difference between NH and Flat.
Death Metal is very technical and has shouted vocals.
Black Metal is raw, symphonic and has growled vocals.
