Eklat de rire
Mr incredible
Ballyadam
Minella Indo
Large Debut
(Envoi Allen?)

Some finishing legless in the last month. Some not finishing.

A Plus Tard 4/6.

Yes. Janadil. 8/1!

Each way thieves bet.

All logicians should get this.

Very true his results are a bit of a worry but he has run some real unfancied trash of late.

That said even Envoi Allen looked a shadow of his old self yesterday.

Honeysuckle on the other hand looked as good as ever.

Maybe he's just taking it slowly due to the lack of rain this year

I think there were also some doubts about the form of the de Bromhead horses before APT hosed up at Haydock

This time tomorrow we will be talking about how HdB has trained a winner on each of the First three days of Leopardstown including two Grade 1's.

Perhaps but Eklat de Rire, largy debut, Mr incredible had won their races (Bob olinger, envoi also) at the start of the year. What has been noticeable is the high profile runners falling out the back of the TV in the last few weeks

Largy Debut bounced to High heaven.I could see why someone would want to lay APT on value grounds but in my opinion stable form is a red herring.

Any rationale for minella?

As much as I love her it was an awful ride from RB -the one positive I will take from it is that they can take him home and get him fit for Cheltenham -Leopardstown last Christmas nearly destroyed the Gold Cup dream.

Problem with taking on A Plus Tard is he is running against half horses. Janadil is bettier going right handed and the day to catch him was last time.

Track was all against Minella Indo, and front-pair probably cut each others throats.

I'd be more likely to agree with that had he finished upside Frodon. Surprised that having committed to take Frodon on, minella was the one to cry first.

Maybe it looked a bad ride because MI couldn’t do what she asked him to do, which was what she knew he was capable of doing. Just might say more about the condition of the horse than her riding.

MI is like Denman, the list of courses he acts on is very small. Can you imagine if Pumpkin had ran the Tank in a King George.

I can't think of a race I'd want to be on him for.

That's fair enough. He has had his big day. Wouldn't rule him out of the gold cup yet myself But there were a lot claiming the down royal run was nothing to be concerned with before Kempton. Interesting that they felt the need to put cheekpieces on a good cup winner.

It was a poor ride as was with Frodon. Didn't fancy him before race and those early fractions were just the nail.
