Is it me or is Sizing Europe overpriced at 2/1? Dire ground stopped him last year and the year before Kauto beat him. I like QDLR but he will have to be spot on to beat SE, given the latter has had a run. Kauto Stone tried to match SE last year and failed. I'm not a believer that SE truly stays 3 miles but against this field I'd take the chance.

Monksland doesn't seem to be one to trust at a short price. He ran out at the last on his debut in a ptp race and swished his tail when taking the lead at Naas. He is very talented, but there are signs of temperament.

Miley Shah is a hard one to evaluate. There is a suspicion that his ratings have been inflated by beating horses that have been having off days.

If Monksland is not on his best behaviour Shadow Eile might worry him out of it.

In the maiden hurdle Romeo Is Bleeding is an improving horse and the softer ground might help him go even better. He seems overpriced to me and looks each way value.

The bumper looks open and several could win. Tabac Brun's race at Tramore has already had two (maiden hurdle) winners out of it, Killavalley and Jupitor, and the form might be a bit underrated.

The soft leads have helped Miley Shah too - been given a huge start the past few runs and hard to believe he's a Graded performer when doing anything other than blasting clear.

Ill be having a little each way on Chicago grey, hoping for a strongly run affair, looking for him to be staying on picking a couple off for a place, seen worst 33/1 shots

Agree. I think that horse and Realt Dubh have nice races in them. The Meade horse was really unlucky at the second last and FL seems to be settling better this season.

FL looked the one to take out the race, to me. I was marginally sceptical about exactly how much he'd achieved as a novice, and for all that the race needs (imo) treating carefully, there was a lot to like about his performance.
