DVD Recorders

I'm thinking of treating myself to a DVD recorder.

Ideally, I would like to record racing programmes and films but I would also want to edit them - cut out adverts or the meaningless drivel, 'broader appeal' stuff between races, etc.

Do DVD recorders have this facility?

Yep most do. Ask for DVD recorders which have an editing capacity. This will allow you to take out out the ads. Also you can get DVD recorders which record to disc or to built in Hard Disk. The choice is yours
