Aftertiming maybe but I took 28/1 in running and almost got 40/1 on the winner.
Bet365 went to 40s accept price change and place bet so I did and they gave me 28s.
Still nice.

I'll keep the faith that Three Stripes Life can still be a very good chaser.

It wasn't the worst error in the world and he never came down either.

Most his hurdle form was at Leopardstown, Cheltenham and Aintree, so perhaps he would prefer a left handed track in future.

He's drifted a couple of points for the Turners, where I still feel he holds a live chance.

I wasn't surprised to see Banbridge beat today.

He had a horse who didn't jump properly in Glory And Fortune upsides at the second last at Cheltenham and that was plenty enough of a form check for me.

A nice horse Banbridge is no doubt, just a bit short of top class, but lets see.

There was money going on the winner before the off.

Banbridge would have hated the ground today. I wouldn’t give up on him yet.

Never got to watch today as I was out for lunch...let’s hope the ground was the reason for Honeysuckle too. Hate to see a horse lose their unbeaten record.

I see that Racing manager for CPS have stated that A Plus Tard’s bloods were wrong after his poor run last time at Haydock and he put it down to a “travel” illness but I’d wager there is a low grade infection in the yard and Honeysuckle may also be affected. Just my take on things.

Somebody knew something last Sunday -Powers going 1/2 when she was unders on betfair was unusual.Tell me the next time that happens in a Grade or Group 1 race -not for a few minutes but for a couple of hours.
