Favourite Chocolate Bar

No chocolate bars for me anymore.

My top few were Twix,Mars Bars,Double Deckers and Chunky Kit Kats.

Double Decker is the daddy bar for me. I like the Lindor chocolates to, and I prefer galaxy to dairy milk. glass of milk after to wash it down!

It used to be Snickers or Lion Bar but I haven't had a chocolate bar in over 2 months. fat club rules :shy:

Tell him there's more fat on a chip!! he's as heavy as my left leg Mike, its all in his mind he'll be anorexic shortly :P

Oh I forgot I used to like (again dark chocolate) FRY'S CREAM BAR. but very rarely eat any at all now........

Need to change your Fat Club Pee - I was allowed chocolate in mine!!

Im one of the people who pulls their chocolate bars apart, so I like things like double deckers, kit kats and twixes - anything that I can nibble round the edge of , then take apart - makes it last longer!! Peanut M&Ms are fabn - and minstrels too. Dont like Galaxy much - prefer cadburys.

I also suck the chocolate off cadburys fingers, then eat the biscuit bit.

I tend to binge on chocolate - I can go for ages without any, then I get a craving and i have to eat loads of it - I can pack away a fair amount without feeling ill.

The key is finding an alternative. I like Jaffa cakes now, as they are less in calories and I don't feel too guilty if I eat 3 or 4. Another tip is try eating just a couple of the snack size choccie bars if you are really struggling. They do mini crunchies, dairy milk etc. and they are great just to have if you are really having a chocolate rush, and yet IF you can eat just a couple of snack size you get the rush without all the calories. IF you do have a pigout on choccie PDJ (who doesn't? :shy: ), just try and do a little more exercise as a punishment.

Pray do tell what is this 'exercise' thing you talk of? I don't know what it means

 Yep, with a little dog with short legs racing after you trying to catch up......

Great exercise in all weathers! B)

Caramac used to one of my favs too but they are not the same. Not sure if it is because I am older or they have changed something? White chocolate in any shape! Wispas were lovely too but they seem to have vanished?

The foil made all the difference. ;)

A disease in the milk chain will probably sort out a lot of peoples weight problems too!!!

Thats what the problem is - I dont eat enough shellfish. If I eat enough, then law of averages means Im bound to eat a dodgy one, then spend the next 3 days vomiting and pooing like a god'un - VOILA !!! weight loss..... B)

Just to clarify, I am NOT actually in a fat club.

Diets don't work - only one long term answer - change your lifestyle - eat and drink less and exercise more
