This morning I got a text message from an outfit called Tribe claiming they've reviewed my CV (how would they have done that??) and that I "could be a great fit" for a remote online opportunity by providing product reviews.

They left a Whatsapp number to call but before I block it I was wondering if there was any way of returning the scam.

I am no good at product reviews anyway because I pull no punches with my reviews on the likes of Trip Advisor. I'd be more likely to lose merchants business!

Delete and report as junk, then forget about it.

Any desire to "get them back" is symptomatic of too much time on hands.

Time that could be more usefully spent buying that yummy local mint chocolate ice cream you once alluded to, then figuring out how to get it to me as a gift before it melts.
