A modicum of research would help improve her contributions. Not sure of the appeal. Whatever it is, it seems to be flat dependent. Never again at Cheltenham please.

Everything ITV this week bar AP and to a lesser extent Mick Fitz has been pants.

The 2 clowns in the betting ring in particular.

It's being presented like a pantomine.

Dont worry too much about it but jesus given ITV have plugged this enough for the last four/five months, Francesca could have done more than read whatever is on the racecard. Tim Lovejoy type insight.

I am with Simmo on this and admit to enjoying ITV. It is aimed at a wider audience and certainly in my household my wife is now happy to sit and watch the bigger meetings on ITV. She goes nuts when I have Racing UK or ATR on :-)

Far too much moaning. The dullards need to have a word.

I haven't really watched ITV this week. I plan to sit down and watch it all next week but see comments on the TV coverage thread.

AP hasn't impressed me.

Andrew Thornton shows promise on the few occasions he gets on air.

I watch RUK and record ITV -in my opinion ITV is fine -for me the weakest link is Mick Fitzgerald -he was on ATR last Sunday as a pundit for St Cloud -he just spoofs away.

AP has been decent. That Francessca is clearly being introduced now ready for the flat season. She's utterly hopeless, decent to look at though.

They're trying to get racing over to a wider audience, which is what racing really needs. I'm really enjoying it [although I do have W Hill racing radio on in the background...]

They have always been trying to get racing over to a wider audience. Doesn't excuse having uninformed and frankly uninterested presenters. Not quite sure just how much Francesca adds to the audience figures.

Not watching ITV so can't verify but allegedly FC told viewers Balko Des Flos finished second to Edwulf in the Irish Gold Cup, whereas it was Outlander.

There was next to no preview of the County Hurdle or the Albert Bartlett. Instead we were treated to a nonsense segment involving Luke Harvey and AP re-enacting last season's RSA.

Thought Oli Bell's OTT enthusiasm for everything was more puke-inducing as the week went by.
Mick Fitzgerald rarely has an original thought, but is quick to piggy-back others' - and claim them as his own.
