Frankel and the International Stakes

Following a rewarding day at York today I shall be going (courtesy of Coral's.) to the Ascot ball in October!

With Champions Day Oct 20 I do hope the weather and going are as pleasant as last year.
No Nick Mordin comments up yet; he maintained the short straight in Ascot may make things interesting between Frankel and fast finishers like Cirrus des Aigles and Snow Fairy. Has the York performance changed his mind?

as much as a fan I am of Cirrus Des Aigles
he should be injured and is unlikely to run in coming months

Queally will hardly ride Frankel like he did in the SJPS . Frankel settles beautifully now and should canter past on the bit 2 out and sail clear just as he did on Tuesday with Camelot and Snow Fairy chasing at a respectful distance
