I didn't think I'd see the day when I would pinch an idea for a thread from the Betfair forum - let alone one on dressage - however this You Tube video of Andreas Helgstrand wining gold in the 2006 World Freestyle Dressage Championships is pretty impressive.

Thanks for posting this, Tryps - absolutely stunning - and from a 9yo mare, too - what a combination they make.

That mare was 90% of the time in perfect rhythm with the music chosen and obviously enjoying herself too - he must one hell of a good trainer.
 
What a magnififcent animal..........such teamwork............and as the commentator said, she seemed to be really enjoying herself!!! :clap: :clap: :clap:
 
If you have Sky, channel 219 is Solent TV which, from time to time, plays a show called All 4 Horses. This includes a section on freestyle dressage and setting up a routine. Next show is at 10 pm tonight.
I think there's a website called all4horses.tv but I've never tried it.
